NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

  • Shark fillet - 1 kg;
  • Shiitake - 130 g (15 g dried);
  • Fresh onion - 1 rope;
  • Butter - 80 g .;
  • Cooking cream - 250 g .;
  • Flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt to taste.

 

PREPARATION:

Stew the mushrooms with the butter and 1 teacup of water. Add the finely chopped onion and smoke for another 5 minutes. Add the cream and, with the sauce obtained, pour the salted fillet. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30-40 minutes.
