NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
- Shark fillet - 1 kg;
- Shiitake - 130 g (15 g dried);
- Fresh onion - 1 rope;
- Butter - 80 g .;
- Cooking cream - 250 g .;
- Flour - 2 tablespoons;
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION:
Stew the mushrooms with the butter and 1 teacup of water. Add the finely chopped onion and smoke for another 5 minutes. Add the cream and, with the sauce obtained, pour the salted fillet. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30-40 minutes.
