NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
  • Sheets of pastry (Odrinski type) - 1 pack;
  • ½ yoghurt container;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 130g. of Shiitake bio mushrooms;
  • ½ pack of butter - 65g.;
  • Cheese or cottage cheese - 200g.;
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.

 

 
PREPARATION:

 

In the bowl, pour the yogurt and add the soda. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and put them in a small saucepan. Add 1 teacup of water, a little salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then cook until the water boils away. Add the eggs and the crushed cheese to the yogurt (if you use cottage cheese, add salt) and mix. Spread the sheets of pastry and smear with pre-melted butter. Divide the stuffing evenly over the whole pastry, roll in a roll and place in a greased pan. Do the same with the rest of the pastry.

Brush the pastry with the butter and bake it for about 30 - 40 minutes in a preheated 180° oven.
