NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

  • Fresh Shiitake mushrooms - 130 g.;
  • Cooking cream - 500 ml .;
  • Processed spread cheese - 150 g.;
  • Olive oil - 100 g.;
  • Salt and black pepper

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Start putting(arranging) the ingredients into the casserole in sequence - a row of cream, a row of mushrooms, a row of processed spread cheese, and so on until you fill up the casserole. Add salt, pepper and some olive oil. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. If desired, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bakе it without a lid for another 5 min.
