“ZAPEKANKA” WITH ZUCCHINI AND SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS:

 NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

 

  • 2 medium sized zucchini - 130 g.;
  • Fresh Shiitake bio mushrooms - 130 g.;
  • 2 stalks of green garlic;
  • Cooking cream - 200 g.;
  • Yellow cheese - 80 g.;
  • Сalt and pepper at taste;

 

 
PREPARATION:

Stew the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and stew for another 10 minutes. Once the water has boiled away, add the cream, mix up and pour the mixture into a baking tray. Grate the cheese on top and place it in the middle of the oven. Bake it at 180 degrees until the yellow cheese turns red.
