NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
- Duck tenderloin (or meat of choice) - 500 g.;
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- Shiitake -130 g. fresh (15 g. dried);
- Olives - 150 g.;
- A glass of white wine;
- Olive oil - 1 coffee cup;
- Red pepper - 1 tablespoon;
- Pepper;
- Parsley;
- Salt;
- Brown sugar;
PREPARATION:
Stew the meat cut into bite size pieces in the olive oil. Remove the meat and stew the mushrooms in the same fat, add 1 teacup of water. Add the cubed tomatoes and leave them until they become softer. Then add the olives, the meat, the red pepper, the pepper, the salt and pour the wine. Let it simmer on а low heat until ready (10-15 min). Add parsley on top of it and optionally garnish with a grated boiled egg! Serve with a glass of white wine.
